Terms of Use

Terms and conditions governing access to TEVDA digital portals and member services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.tevda.or.tz or utilizing the TEVDA Member Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, the Association Constitution, and applicable laws of Tanzania.

2. Member Obligations

Members agree to provide accurate and verifiable personal, vehicle, and licensing information during registration. Full Members must hold and maintain a valid driving licence issued by Tanzanian authorities.

3. Intellectual Property

The TEVDA name, logo, official motto "SMART DRIVERS SMART MOBILITY", certificate layouts, and published training curricula are the exclusive intellectual property of the Tanzania Electric Vehicle Drivers Association.

4. No Unauthorized Fee Demands

All official TEVDA payments must be made strictly through the system's generated invoices with verifiable payment references and receipts. Members should immediately report any officer demanding unauthorized cash transfers to personal accounts.
